SAVING A VIDEO FILE: To save a video to your computer, click on the relevant phase file (on right-most side) below, and click 'Save'.
You'll be presented with the 'Save As' window next, and from there open the folder on your system in which you want to save the file. Click 'Save'.

The file should now be in your chosen folder! Double click to open it as a Windows Video Media file, or, convert it to the video format that suits your system.

OTHER OPTION: Right-click on the right-most named file below you wish to download. Click on 'Save Target As...',
locate the 'Save In' folder on your computer, choose 'Open', and 'Save' it there.
